Any provider who contacts you is independent and is solely responsible for licensing, insurance, qualifications, estimates, permits, contracts, warranties, scheduling, safety, and work quality. You must independently verify a provider before hiring or paying that provider.
NO ENDORSEMENT OR GUARANTEE
A referral or introduction is not an endorsement, certification, warranty, or guarantee. We do not guarantee provider availability, response time, price, project eligibility, permitting, workmanship, or any specific result. Emergencies and unsafe conditions should be directed to appropriate emergency services or qualified professionals.
YOUR AGREEMENT WITH A PROVIDER
Any estimate, contract, payment, financing, warranty, dispute, or work arrangement is directly between you and the independent provider. Corbeil Lead Systems and Deerfield Seawall & Dock Requests are not parties to that agreement and do not supervise the work.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not submit false, unlawful, abusive, infringing, or misleading content; interfere with website operation; attempt unauthorized access; or use the service to harass providers or other users. We may limit or refuse requests that appear fraudulent, unsafe, unlawful, or outside the service area.
